Enlivening
Communities
Through Mindful
Development.
Nothing offers greater insight into a place and its potential than growing up there. Jeff Brown, NorthStar’s EVP, was raised in PoCo, and knows the community intimately. It’s this understanding of what’s possible in Downtown PoCo that brought us here to build Porthaven alongside the newly revitalized Leigh Square, and now add Livy to this transforming community.
We’re committed to building communities, not solely structures. It even includes our presentation centre, not designed simply as a place for sales, but to act as focal point for community events. Enlivening communities informs every stage of our work at every step along the way. Our enduring legacy as developers is the communities we help to build and bring to life.
