The proposed Centre Block development is situated beside Livy. It’s a master-planned project on over an acre of land to create a mixed-use commercial hub. While still at the preliminary development stages, the Centre Block will be a focal point for Downtown PoCo attracting business, locals and tourists alike.
If work, or life, takes you further away from home, Livy is close to every kind of transit. The West Coast Express is nearby for longer daily commutes. Buses run regularly just steps away, and TransLink is proposing a Skytrain extension to Downtown PoCo. Livy lets you live a convenient, transit-friendly life.
